2027 California Pen Show – Torrance Marriott Redondo Beach

Dealer Information

Each table includes two complimentary dealer badges.

We will send an email in Jan 2027 to ask all registered vendors to submit a form to provide info for vendor badges.
 
Any additional badges are $50 each. If more dealer passes are needed, please contact us at info@capenshow.com before you file the form.

The tables are 72″ by 24″. Electrical power is only available for some of the wall table locations.

Vendor Check-in

Check-in for vendor will be availble at the show on:

• Thursday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM at the entrance of the Esplanade Room (first floor).

• Friday: 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM at the entrance of the Lighthouse Ballroom (first floor).

Please have the QR code you received from Ticket Tailor ready at the check-in table. We will scan it and give you an envelope with badges in it and you will be good to go!

Vendor set-up time for both Lighthouse and Grand Ballroom is 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM on Friday.

Table Type&Price

Registration only opens for 2026 vendors from June 10 to July 30, 2026

Tables are divided into four categories based on visibility, attendee traffic, and proximity to key entrances and pathways:​​

• Platinum Locations – $499 per table

• Premium Locations – $450 per table

• Standard Locations – $350 per table

• Value Locations – $299 per table

Registration for everyone will open on July 31.
 
Each table includes complimentary breakfast for two people on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the show.

Special Requests

The show will accept receiving special requests for table location preferences.

However, the show makes no guarantee we can honor all requests.

The show will make table assignments in the best interest of the show participants overall.

Venue Shipping Information
(Provided by the hotel)

In the event Group will be shipping packages to Hotel, Group must notify Hotel at least one week in advance.  All packages sent to Hotel must include the name of Group, date of program and number of items.  Shipment should arrive no earlier than three (3) days prior to event.  A $10.00 per day storage fee will be charged for each package received more than (3) days in advance of program.  The hotel request that all tracking numbers be brought for reference. Hotel has no liability for the delivery, security or condition of the packages.

All deliveries will only be accepted through the Marriott loading dock and arrangements for delivery need to be scheduled in advance with the Catering/Conference Services Department. No deliveries are to be made through the hotel lobby, valet, or porte cochere entrance.  Any packages, items, gifts, clothing, promotional items, signs, programs, and/or poster boards brought
into the hotel must be removed upon conclusion of the event.  No items will be stored overnight without the permission of your Catering/Conference Services representative. Any items left behind or unattended are not the responsibility of the Marriott Hotels. 

Parking Information

On-site parking is available through the hotel. You can also find street parking or nearby options using third-party parking apps for convenience and price comparison.

On-site parking price for Attendees (not living in the hotel):

• Self-parking

  • Day-use only is discounted to $18.00 per vehicle, plus tax (no in and out)

Valet parking

• First 2 hours is $21.00. $3.00 each additional 30 minutes with a maximum of $48.00.

• Restaurant/Bar two (2) hours free with validation.

On-site parking price for Hotel Guests

• Self-parking

  • Discounted to $29.00 per vehicle, per night plus tax. In and out privilege applies to overnight guests only.

• Valet parking

  • First 2 hours is $21.00. $3.00 each additional 30 minutes with a maximum of $48.00.

  • Restaurant/Bar two (2) hours free with validation.(In and out privileges will be extended to overnight guests).
