Privacy information.
How the services on this website handle the information you provide.
Newsletter signup
When you subscribe, your email address is sent to Mailchimp so we can send you California Pen Show news. You can unsubscribe using the link in our newsletter emails.
The Mailchimp signup form and pop-up may use cookies or similar browser storage to display the form and remember your interactions. The Google tracking preferences on this website apply to Google advertising, not Mailchimp. Learn more in Intuit’s privacy statement.
Google advertising and your choices
We use Google Ads to measure advertising performance. The Google tag can send information such as the page address and your IP address to Google. Google advertising cookies, advertising user data, and personalized advertising are off until you choose Allow. Limited measurement without advertising cookies may still occur when you decline.
You can allow or decline Google advertising cookies using Google tracking preferences in the footer. When browser storage is available, we save your choice in this browser for 180 days. You can change it anytime. If your browser cannot save the choice, it applies only to the current page.
When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google advertising consent stays off and the Allow option is unavailable. These controls do not enable Google analytics storage; it remains off under the current setup. JavaScript is needed to change the preference.

Tickets, vendor registration, and hotel bookings
Ticket purchases and vendor registration are handled through Ticket Tailor. Hotel reservations are handled through Marriott’s booking service. Information you enter on those services is handled under their privacy notices and booking terms.
