Get help or report a barrier

If you have difficulty using this website, reading a floor plan, buying tickets, or signing up for our newsletter, email info@capenshow.com. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the type of assistance you need. You do not need to disclose medical information.

You can also contact the show team about access needs for your visit.

Using this website

• Use the “Skip to content” link to bypass the header.
• Navigate links, buttons, menus, and forms with your keyboard. Press Escape to close the mobile menu or newsletter pop-up.
• Use your browser’s zoom and text-size settings.
• Read the text versions of the archived exhibitor directory and table assignments on the Exhibitor List and Floor Map pages.
• Subscribe using the form at the bottom of every page or the Mailchimp newsletter pop-up. In the pop-up, Tab and Shift+Tab move between its controls; closing it returns focus to the page.

Our approach

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our technical accessibility target and continue to improve the site. This statement is not a certification of full conformance.

Ticket checkout, hotel reservations, and the newsletter pop-up and confirmation are provided by other services. If any of those steps presents an accessibility barrier, contact us for assistance.
